Medscape is looking for a Media Planner (Client Services) to join our Global business, working across pharmaceutical and other healthcare client media campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the Media Planning Operations team and other internal team stakeholders on the production and execution of promotional Media campaigns, and ensure we provide an excellent experience for our clients. The ideal candidate should be a highly organised individual, with strong media planning and customer relationship management expertise, detailed and clear communication skills and a proven ability to prioritise and excel in a deadline driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • End to end responsibility for and ownership of media campaigns, across the campaign life cycle, including:
    • Media Plan development and management
    • Coordination with clients/agencies for creative assets and communicating creative quality assurance
    • Client Services/client relationship management
    • Leading client Kick Off calls for new campaigns
    • Monthly Reporting
    • Revenue management
  • Work in partnership with the Sales team to understand the client objectives and needs
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure effective campaign management (Media Planning Ops, Sales Ops, Sales Strategists and others)
  • Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships that will assist in smooth and on-time campaign launch and delivery, benefiting future business
  • Develop exceptional understanding of WebMD media products
  • Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate programme details to internal operations teams
  • Working with pharmaceutical and other healthcare clients based across the world
Qualifications and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience, including experience in agency or publisher environment with media planning responsibilities
  • Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our physicians and clients have the best experience possible
  • Strong desire to further education in the field of digital media and to continue learning in a rapidly evolving industry
  • Excellent organisation and documentation skills
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills. Demonstrated experience of successful stakeholder management
