An established charitable organization is seeking a dynamic Media Manager to lead public campaigning initiatives. Media Manager – Health Equals
Salary: Up to £49,513 pro rata plus excellent benefits.
Contract: 12 Month family leavecover
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week. Youwill be required to work in-person a minimum of two days per week, in line withour hybrid working model.

About the role:
We are looking for a media manager towork as part of a small, start-up style team on our public campaigninginitiative. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead on our earned mediaapproach, working to secure high-quality coverage of our campaigns and theHealth Equals coalition across print, online and broadcast media to influencepublic opinion and political change.
In this role, you’ll use your skills to deliver our PR strategyfor our upcoming public-facing campaigns, managing our PR agency partner,leading our press office function, building trusted relationships withjournalists and influencers, and coordinating Health Equals member spokespeopleand lived experience storytellers. Your work day-to-day will vary fromstrategic to delivery focused, such as writing press releases and pitching tonational and regional media, fielding enquiries and responding to developmentsin the external environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for amedia manager who can help Health Equals to grow its profile and ensure itscampaigns achieve impact, helping to play a part in bringing about betterhealth for people in the UK.
