Media Manager, (AV/PRINT&AUDIO)

About the role:

The Media Manager plays a vital role, responsible for delivering excellent market media planning, buying, and managing low-budget media partnerships.


This position involves greater responsibility in planning and executing media campaigns for your clients, requiring accuracy, prioritization, and minimal supervision.


While technical skills are important, strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships and collaborating effectively. You will also work closely with your AD on PRFs and Audit delivery.

  • Planning comprehensive campaigns within your media specialization, incorporating innovative ideas and insights.

Core skills:
  1. Campaign Management
    • Lead assigned teams to implement media campaigns, applying best practices and data interpretation.
    • Serve as the escalation point for issues.
    • Own campaigns from inception to completion.
    • Provide accurate planning and reporting aligned with strategic and commercial goals.
    • Understand the role of each medium within the overall campaign and utilize market opportunities effectively.
  2. Media Investment Planning
    • Use advanced data analytics to understand client challenges and media strategies, presenting insights to stakeholders.
    • Identify relevant data sources to support insights, including third-party and existing client data.
    • Apply strategic thinking to collaborate with clients and third parties for optimal outcomes.
    • Contribute to quarterly and annual business reviews with media investment and campaign insights.
  3. Demonstrating Value
    • Gain a deep understanding of client and agency expectations through feedback.
    • Recognize how the product's value aligns with audience and strategic objectives.
    • Interpret data to evaluate product performance against client needs and KPIs, ensuring clients perceive value.
  4. Multitasking
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Assess task impact and urgency, supporting others in setting priorities.
  5. Operational Excellence
    • Oversee team accuracy in planning and execution.
    • Share knowledge of tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
    • Ensure financial accuracy and timely resolution of reconciliations and queries.
