Job description

As a Media Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Media Manager to build and execute market-leading integrated media campaigns that grow clients' brands across EMEA. You will help manage their media agency and a multi-million-pound budget, driving breakthrough campaigns that fuel exponential growth.

In this role, you will take ownership of a strategic media testing roadmap aimed at improving cross-channel efficiency by at least 20% year-on-year. You will also be responsible for summarising and sharing media insights with the wider Marketing team to support continuous optimisation and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute smart, integrated brand media campaigns, with specific ownership of TV, VOD, CTV, Audio, and Media Sponsorship
  • Work closely with media agencies and the wider marketing team to plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns
  • Support in managing a multi-million-pound budget in line with strategy, ensuring monthly spend remains on target
  • Collaborate with GTM to clearly outline creative requirements in a timely manner, and support the team in keeping the creative tracker updated
  • Support the Senior Media Manager in meetings and regularly present business plans and results to senior leadership
  • Provide continuous customer and market insights to shape strategy and influence decision-making across the business
  • Stay informed on the latest media, technology, industry, and competitor trends, and translate these into new acquisition opportunities
  • Continuously assess media performance in partnership with analytics teams and agencies to optimise the media mix and tactics
  • Own cross-functional status updates, project roadmaps, and innovation roadmaps
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in media planning and performance marketing within either an agency environment or client-side
  • Strong understanding of all media channels, with a particular interest in TV, VOD, CTV, Audio, and Media Sponsorship
  • Proven experience in planning and running a wide range of integrated brand and direct response campaigns
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with a clear understanding of how online and offline media strategies complement each other to drive results
  • A strong testing mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in media performance
