Join Our Media Department on a permanent, part-time (28 hours per week) basis, based at our Openshaw campus.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Deliver high-quality, learner-focused education that nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
  2. Supervise and develop the curriculum, ensuring compliance with the curriculum framework quality standards, best practice, and achievement targets are met.
  3. Foster a supportive learning environment where students can explore and succeed.

In your role you will:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Certificate of education or PGCE.
  2. Current and valid industry specialism.
  3. Assessor qualifications (if required by Awarding Organisation).
  4. English and math minimum level 2 Grade C or grade 4 and above.
  5. Professional experience in Graphic Design or TV and Film, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  6. A demonstrable track record of effective teaching and delivery to post 16 students at level 2 and level 3.
  7. Knowledge and experience of working with a range of vocational awarding bodies and the internal verification process.
  8. Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
