Fundamental Media in London is seeking a meticulous Media Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Media Manager, you will maintain campaigns, verify live flights, and prepare post-campaign reports, while learning our ad serving technologies.

The role suits those starting out or taking a career break who want to learn digital advertising in a supportive, dynamic agency. You will use Word, Excel and PowerPoint, contribute to pitches, and assist with data entry and process

Qualifications

• Interested in media/advertising
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn about digital advertising and technology
• Fluent in spoken & written English; additional languages are desirable
• Eligible to live and work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and monitoring of campaigns.
• Checking campaigns are live and flighting correctly.
• Preparing on-going / post-campaign reporting.
• Learning and working with our ad serving technologies.
• Feedback and ideas for process improvement.
• Helping on a pitch for a new client.
• Supporting London team.
• Data input and routine administrative paperwork.
