We are seeking a Media Consulting Senior Lead who is looking for more from their career. This role offers an opportunity to enhance dunnhumby's engagement with the John Lewis Partnership (JLP) and to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities and influence global retailers.

Joining our Personalised Offers team, you will collaborate with passionate professionals to support John Lewis in their Customer First transformation by scaling personalized offers.

What we expect from you:

1. Proactively work with the Retail Media team at JLP to co-create supplier-led propositions for Waitrose and John Lewis.
2. Be a subject matter expert in retail media collaborations between retailers and suppliers to generate joint value.
3. Collaborate across various JLP teams—retail media, loyalty, product, and commercial—to act as a thought leader in Personalised Offers.
4. Possess strong media knowledge, understanding dunnhumby's media capabilities and measurement, and demonstrate the benefits of investment in Retail Media to brands.
5. Show a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability to challenges, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Build strong relationships across John Lewis and Waitrose with a team-oriented mindset.
7. Exhibit excellent presentation and consultative skills to support JLP's transformation journey.
