What You'll Do:

  • Have extreme ownership and execution of key paid media channels across Meta, Google and new ad platforms, focusing on direct response advertising to drive immediate action.
  • Handle everything from ads strategy, media buying, data reporting, to funnel analysis and conversion rate optimization.
  • Create and test ad copy and use research to form new strategies.
  • Be 100% responsible for ad ideas and running the ad production pipeline to always have fresh high-converting ad ideas.

Experience Needed:

  • 4 years of experience in Media Buying, ideally with a background in advertising other SaaS products.
  • Proficient in managing mid to high 5 figure monthly budgets on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CRO experiments, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
  • Familiarity with all types of marketing funnels (e.g., webinar funnel, quiz funnel, demo funnel, trial funnel, challenge/bootcamp funnel, VSL funnel).
  • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining a low CPA and high ROAS.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Strong understanding of ad creatives and messaging that resonate with different audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and tracking systems like UTM parameters.
  • Knowledge of funnel-building tools like ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Problem Solver: Thrives on finding solutions to complex challenges in advertising and funnels.
  • Strategic Thinker: Balances the big picture with granular details for maximum impact.
  • Innovator: Stays ahead of digital marketing trends and knows how to adapt quickly.
