We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Buyer who is excited about getting their hands dirty and actually achieving client goals using paid media strategies, instead of just talking about it.

In this role, you will craft paid media strategies, for our clients, that are then delivered by following a clear plan of testing, nurturing, scaling and optimising day by day, week by week.

You’ll also work closely with account managers to provide open & honest feedback about progress, challenges and how together as a team we resolve them and create a seamless integration between paid and organic efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Strategy Development & Delivery: Create and implement effective paid media strategies from scratch across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others to achieve client goals.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the daily setup, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns, using data insights to make informed decisions and drive performance.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage media budgets (£50k+ per month) to maximise ROI, providing clear and actionable financial performance reports.
  • Ad Compliance Management: Ensure all campaigns meet industry regulations, particularly in the finance sector, to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse campaign data to provide strategic insights, guide optimisations, and keep clients fully informed with transparent, results-focused reporting.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and client success teams to align strategies and maximise the impact of both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in paid media. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (experience with Google, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and optimise campaigns with significant budgets (£50k+ per month).
  • Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency; familiarity with finance clients is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and deliver clear client reporting.
  • Receptive to feedback and proactive in refining your skills & approach to Media Management.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in market trends and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
  • Living in the UK or able to work between the house of 9am to 6pm GMT

What We Offer:

Working hours: A 20 to 40 hour a week contract over a Monday to Friday shift pattern and within the hours of 9am to 6pm GMT.

Competitive Salary: £10.00 - £30.00 hourly rate (depending on experience) with Performance based bonuses tied to agency success.
