We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Media Asset Manager to join our brand media team. Reporting to the UK Media Director, you'll be responsible for end to end media asset management, ensuring on the time and effective execution of creative into campaign media plans.

This is a critical role in our marketing team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for brand storytelling, digital marketing, and first-class product launches. The role includes:

  • Leading asset delivery - for all campaigns across all categories, ensuring on-time execution, adhere to copy deadlines, and that all media bookings have the right creative, across all media channels
  • Campaign launch readiness - proactively identify gaps in asset readiness, ensure all deliverables meet campaign timelines, and chase down any final requirements before go live
  • Content calendar ownership and responsibility - manage the ongoing process of updating campaign assets, getting new creative live and rotating out poor performers. Take ownership of the process, managing multiple stakeholders involved. Manage the transfer and delivery of media files to internal teams and external partners.
  • Quality assurance and troubleshooting - Resolve any technical issues and ensure all assets are to spec. Conduct thorough checks to ensure all creative assets adhere brand guidelines, and platform requirements, preventing rejections or performance issues
  • Working to deadlines – manage the approvals process, sometimes last minute, with tight turnaround go lives or business critical amends,
  • Creative and technical subject matter expert - be the go-to specialist on creative specifications and media requirements, knowledge of all media channel upload platforms and copy instruction requirements by channel
  • Performance optimisation- build knowledge of what’s working and what’s not, advise on optimisations and campaign creative improvements
  • Media planning support – support the wider team on media planning and activations

What You’ll Bring:

  • Min 5 years of media and / or asset management and trafficking experience
  • Knowledge of the different platforms for asset delivery and copy instructions across all media channels, with particular experience of Social
  • An analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, trends, and consumer behaviour
