Job description

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, updating CRM systems, and assisting with proposals and documentation.

• Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Help coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns, events, and internal projects.
• Create or source engaging marketing materials and sales presentations to support business development.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Finance, etc.) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Manage and update company social media profiles and assist with website content and maintenance.
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies to produce marketing collateral and coordinate promotional activities.

You will undertake the Apprentify Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship, tutored by industry experts. This programme provides a comprehensive foundation in modern marketing.

• Understand the key elements of effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements include a minimum of Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, a genuine interest in building a career in marketing, and previous exposure to B2B marketing or completion of a relevant course is desirable but not essential.
