Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Mechatronics Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize electromechanical systems and automated production processes in a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integration of mechanical, electrical, and software systems to improve product quality, efficiency, and production scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

  • Design and implement electromechanical systems and automation solutions tailored to electronics manufacturing.
  • Develop and prototype robotics and automated systems for production and assembly lines.
Process Optimization:
  • Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Integrate innovative technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.
System Integration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and process issues.
Maintenance and Support:
  • Oversee the maintenance of automated and robotic systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure systems meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including system designs, testing protocols, and operation manuals.
