Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm initially, with a view to move to a 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm shift pattern

Salary: £13.42/hour

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!

About the role:

This role will support the day-to-day setup and operation of the new automatic de-tinners, and other associated line equipment. It will be a reactive position which solves line blockages and jams as they occur and assists with general setup issues across the high risk area.

Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do IT

(The below is not exhaustive)

  • Using the sites CMMS complete prestart checks and any accompanying paper work.
  • Ensure the de-tinner and other line equipment is always operating within the agreed limits.
  • Clear line jams / blockages as quick as possible.
  • Apply minor adjustments where needed to improve the operation and product quality.
  • Liaise with Engineering teams and share best practices.
  • Continually strive to improve operational routines on a daily basis.
