Job summary

TipTopJob in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mechanical Workshop Engineer (Technician) based at a client’s distribution site to carry out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on a fleet of forklift trucks.

You will join a highly successful, international manufacturer offering full training. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a pension, 25 days' holiday, life assurance, uniform and PPE provided, plus subsidised canteen and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience on forklifts or similar plant equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Mechanical Workshop Engineer role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks offering full training.

The Mechanical Workshop Engineer role will be suitable for engineers from any kind of plant, forklifts, automotive, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment.

Youll be based at a clients distribution site responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown on a range of forklift trucks, approximately 130 trucks on site.
