About the Opportunity

The role of Weld Engineer will report to the Quality Manager and work in collaboration with the wider weld engineering capability supporting projects and programmes of work, providing independent assurance of welding arrangements and activities.

  • Conduct frontline inspection within the fabrication shops – steel work and piping – and complete inspection reporting.
  • Carry out NDT and associated paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with controlling documentation.
  • Liaise with Client Inspectors.
  • Compile documentation packages (LTRs) concurrently.
