Join our dynamic team in the Materials and Testing laboratory in Wrexham during an exciting growth period at Syensqo. As explorers in materials science, our M&T Lab plays a crucial role in delivering product test data for aerospace qualifications, product re-sites, problem resolution, and development activities. Your role involves improving testing methods, expanding capabilities, supporting test requests, and root cause analysis. You will develop methods, deliver training, and network within the industry, contributing to scientific exploration to advance humanity. You will bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology (minimum).
• 5 years’ experience in the advanced materials market in a technical role.
• 2 years’ experience in leadership or management preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement tools.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of composites, resins, fibres, test methods, and statistics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
