Mechanical Technician - Water Recycling Operations (Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire & Surrounding Area)

Salary: GBP 34,000 circa - rising with experience

Benefits include: All PPE, tools, van, and fuel card provided

Position details: Full-time, permanent, 37 hours/week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)

Occasional weekend work as per standby rota.

What does it take to be a Mechanical Technician?

You should have an NVQ level 2 in Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent, completed a relevant apprenticeship, and hold a full UK driving license.

Role overview:

Join us as an Industrial Mechanic responsible for repairs, fault investigation, and scheduled maintenance to ensure asset reliability. You will work with assets like electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment, instrumentation, inverters, pumps, gearboxes, and general mechanical/electrical plant maintenance. Experience with mechanical control systems, telemetry, domestic work, and plant maintenance is advantageous. This role directly impacts the environment and communities we serve.
