This full-time role involves repairs, maintenance, and ensuring asset reliability, directly impacting the environment. Job Description
Salary: £34,000 circa - rising with experience
Benefits: All PPE, tools, van, and fuel card provided
Position: Full-time permanent, 37 hours/week, Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)
Additional info: Occasional weekend work as per standby rota

What does it take to be a Mechanical Technician?
To succeed, you should have an NVQ Level 2 in Engineering/Mechanical or equivalent, completed a relevant apprenticeship, and hold a full UK driving licence.
Make a difference in the water industry
As an Industrial Mechanic, you'll carry out repairs, investigate faults, and perform scheduled maintenance to ensure asset reliability. This role is vital in protecting our environment. You will develop experience with assets such as electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment, instrumentation, inverters, and small-scale domestic work. Experience with mechanical control systems, telemetry, pumps, gearboxes, and general plant maintenance is advantageous. Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and communities we serve.
