Purpose

To guarantee the maintenance of mechanical processes to ensure high reliability during shifts, following Group standards, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

Main Responsibilities

• Intervene in case of mechanical breakdown and assist with troubleshooting equipment problems.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance according to standards and plans.
• Check equipment and systems, correcting issues as needed.
• Maintain high standards of mechanical operations and controls.
• Complete maintenance tasks and assist in equipment repair.
• Implement quality improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
• Oversee mechanical devices during operation, listening for issues using testing instruments.
• Disassemble devices to replace inoperative parts with specific tools.
• Educate production staff on preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintain records and files as requested.
• Participate in emergency on-call duty on a rotational basis and work flexibly across shifts.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Adhere to health & safety rules.
