Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Mechanical Team Leader, you will:

Perform maintenance on mechanical equipment associated with the power plant and its auxiliaries, adhering to the highest safety standards.

Fault-find and maintain assets, utilising your specialist technical knowledge.

Ensure accurate maintenance records using the CMMS system.

Supervise and direct contractors as required.

Contribute to the creation and implementation of procedures and working instructions.

Uphold corporate and statutory safety and environmental obligations.

Participate in the on-call system to address operational and maintenance issues.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

A time-served apprenticeship in a relevant mechanical discipline.

A recognised engineering qualification, at least at craft level.
