Job Title: Aerospace Mechanical Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical-biased Technician to join a prominent aerospace engineering business in the Swindon area.

You will be assembling and testing complex mechanical systems in repair or new product build areas.

Prior aerospace experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

• Finding and testing faults of complex hydraulic products.
• Assembling complex hydraulic products.
• Completing Quality Audits.
• Building or repairing complex hydraulic products.
• Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect parts.

Background - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

• Apprentice trained or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow procedures.
• Competent with assembly tools.
• Hydraulic Testing Experience.
