Job Title: Aerospace Mechanical Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

The Role - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical-biased Technician to join a prominent aerospace engineering business in the Crawley area.

You will be assembling and testing complex mechanical systems in the repair section or new product build area.

Ideally, you will have some prior aerospace experience; however, for the right person, this could be a great entry into this field.

• Finding and testing faults in complex hydraulic products.
• Assembling complex hydraulic products.
• Completing Quality Audits.
• Building and repairing complex hydraulic products.
• Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect parts.

Background - Aerospace Mechanical Technician

• Apprentice trained or equivalent qualification, ideally in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a complex engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow various procedures.
• Competency with a range of assembly tools.
• Hydraulic Testing Experience.
