Are you an experienced Mechanical Technician seeking work with a leading employer?

Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a motivated and keen Mechanical Technician on a full-time temp to permanent contract in Worcester Royal Hospital - WR5 1DD.

Working as part of a highly successful Facilities team, you should be able to maintain wet systems, heating and hot water, steam boilers, and mechanical ventilation systems (AHU) in a hospital environment.

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

• Pay rates: £17.31 + Holiday Pay + Pension + Overtime rates

Duties include:

• AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
• Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
• Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
• Water pressurization units
• Condensers, Condenser Returns
• Cooling towers
• Boilers - re-sets
• Chillers - re-sets, 1st Line faults

Experience needed:

• Motivated and keen to learn
• Local to the area and driving license
• Updated Enhanced DBS
• Formal trades qualification or experience
• Customer focused
