Are you a hands-on Mechanical Technician who thrives on solving problems, improving reliability, and keeping critical equipment running safely and efficiently?
At enfinium, you'll play a vital role in maintaining one of the UK's leading energy-from-waste facilities, helping turn non-recyclable waste into electricity that powers homes and businesses across the country. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to work with a skilled team that takes pride in making a positive impact.
As part of our Maintenance team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring our plant operates safely, reliably and at peak performance.
This role operates Monday to Friday with a scheduled on-call rota. Due to the nature of our operations, flexibility is required during planned outages or unplanned events, which may occasionally include evenings, nights or weekends.
We're looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck into technical challenges, takes ownership of their work, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability.
At enfinium, we're helping create a more sustainable future by transforming non-recyclable waste into energy. As one of the UK's largest energy-from-waste operators, we process over 2.3 million tonnes of waste each year and generate enough electricity to power more than 500,000 homes.
But our success is built on our people.
We are guided by five core principles: One Team, Pride Matters, Safety on Purpose, Make a Positive Impact, Take Ownership.
When you join enfinium, you'll become part of a supportive team where your ideas are valued, your development is encouraged, and your contribution makes a real difference.
