Job summary

NetZero is seeking a Mechanical Technician for a hands-on role in tube bending and fabrication in Cambridge. The contractor will set up and operate bending machinery, produce tubular components to precise drawings, and perform cutting and forming operations on a practical shop floor.

Experience with rotary draw, mandrel or CNC bending is advantageous. The position is a contract for 6-8 weeks with standard manufacturing hours, based in Cambridge CB5.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with tubing, tube bending, tube fabrication or tube forming, ideally within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

This is a practical, hands‑on role where you will be involved in setting, operating and producing high‑quality tubular components to engineering drawings and specifications.
