A leading facilities management company in Stevenage seeks a Team Leader to oversee HVAC Technicians and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical trade and substantial hands-on experience in maintenance within critical environments. Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 17.00 pm

About the role
Role Overview
To lead and manage a team of HVAC Technicians in delivering safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across the Stevenage site. The role ensures contractual SLA/KPI compliance, maximum asset availability, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The Team Leader provides technical guidance, workload allocation, and full oversight of subcontractors.
