Key Responsibilities: Nestled in the core of Sussex, WI, your role as a Mechanical Systems Development Engineer will see you embracing in-office duties, with occasional travel to broaden your horizons.

Design Mastery:

• Engage in every facet of product development, from concepts and architecture to testing and service support.
• Collaborate within diverse teams, shepherding designs from initial specifications to actions that lead to functioning products.
• Craft and critique technical specifications and compliance standards for mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Ensure and validate that designs surpass all outlined requirements and specifications.
• Embark on detailed technical analyses, generating reports that underline testing procedures and results.
• Solve production, reliability, and performance challenges with technical finesse.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, ensuring dependable product quality.
• Coordinate with supply chain specialists for prime component selection.
