My client is a leading company in the power generation industry, a multimillion-pound waste company known for caring for their staff. They are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join and contribute to their success.

This hands-on supervisory role involves maintaining power generation equipment, leading a team of engineers, and performing supervisory duties.

The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer eager to enhance their supervisory experience within a company that offers excellent benefits, a day-based role, and substantial annual bonuses.

The role includes:

• Supervisory duties such as health and safety management, operational performance reviews, and team leadership.
• Preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance of power generation systems and landfill sites.
