Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a major refinery turnaround at Fawley Refinery, Hampshire. The role covers supervision of mechanical installation and maintenance during the turnaround, coordinating trades, and ensuring safety and quality to programme. 60 hours per week, day or night shifts, CIS or PAYE, lodging where applicable. UK-wide applications welcomed.

Start mid-September to early November 2026 with potential follow-on work on future shutdown projects.

Qualifications

• Previous refinery, petrochemical, power generation or heavy industrial experience.
• Proven experience supervising mechanical teams on industrial shutdowns or turnaround projects.
• Valid CCNSG Safety Passport
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• Ability to pass mandatory Drug & Alcohol screening and site medical requirements
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supervising mechanical installation and maintenance activities during the turnaround

• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme

3D Personnel are recruiting experienced Mechanical Supervisors for a major refinery turnaround project at Fawley Refinery, working on behalf of a leading European industrial engineering contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile turnaround project delivering essential works within one of the UK's largest refinery environments. We welcome applications from experienced supervisors as well as established mechanical gangs looking to mobilise together.
