We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractors, based in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial scheme with one of the leading M&E firms in the industry, known for delivering high-quality residential projects with Tier 1 contractors such as Ardmore, Bouygues, and Balfour Beatty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate mechanical installations on commercial projects.
2. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, adhering to safety and quality standards.
3. Manage and oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
5. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to the team.
6. Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in residential and commercial mechanical projects.
2. Strong knowledge of mechanical installations and systems.
3. Ability to manage a team and work effectively with subcontractors.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. SMSTS, SSSTS, or similar qualifications are desirable.
