Base pay range

Engineering Supervisor - Mechanical Bias


Salary: £46,000


Location: Manchester


Hours: Monday to 6:30am - 3:30pm / 1:30pm - 10:30pm

The InVictus Group is recruiting for a Supervisor who is seeking a new opportunity to work on a retail contract in Manchester based in an exciting building. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 engineers and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be required to ensure all PPM’s and Reactive duties are completed and checked and report any arising issues back to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 4 engineers
• Respond to all enquiries on site promptly.
• Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.
• Follow planned preventative procedures and reporting any arising issues to the contract manager
• Ensure good relationships with clients and external customers.
• Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.
  
  

Requirements

• Supervisory / Lead experience
• Excellent client facing skills.
• Be able to provide references.
• City & Guilds Level 2 Mechanical or Plumbing Level 2 or HVAC Level 2
