• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, installations, and associated regulations.
• Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND in Building Services, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and teams.
• A full UK driving licence.
