Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, such as steam turbines and centrifugal compressors, primarily for Ebara Elliott Energy clients across Europe. The successful candidate will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of machinery, working closely with our global team while adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Technical Execution and Compliance

  • Perform overhauls and installations of turbo machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards are met.
  • Follow Elliott’s procedures and adapt to various industrial environments.
  • Document activities accurately and communicate any issues or delays.

Safety and Risk Management

  • Maintain a strong safety culture, with authority to stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
  • Conduct hazard analyses and risk assessments.
  • Report safety observations and manage risks effectively.

Professional Conduct and Administration

  • Uphold professional behavior at all times.
  • Complete and submit technical documentation, time, and expense reports accurately.
  • Manage local purchases and tooling, and contribute to process improvements.
