One of Northern Ireland's prominent M&E Contractors, with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor for a multi-million-pound project in Belfast. Renowned for its excellence in MEP Services, the company consistently provides top-tier engineering solutions across various sectors, including Commercial, Energy, Education, Health, Hotel & Leisure, Residential, and Retail.
Your new role
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the mechanical site services installation, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will ensure the installation of the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard of quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the installation of mechanical services on site.
• Conducting health and safety checks and ensuring compliance.
• Delivering toolbox talks to the site team.
• Holding regular site meetings with the main contractor and client to discuss progress and address any issues.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Plumber/Pipefitter with previous site supervisory or management experience on large-scale mechanical installation projects. You will be an articulate and organised individual with a solid understanding of HVAC installations and systems. A full UK driving licence is essential.
