We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a key healthcare project in Tooting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a live hospital site, managing a team of 15+ mechanical engineers and fitters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management of mechanical operations on an ITU unit
• Overseeing a team of 15+ engineers and fitters
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Coordinating with subcontractors and the main contractor
• Reporting progress and resolving site issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
• Previous hospital experience highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
