Job summary

Michael Taylor Search & Selection is recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager for rail projects based in West London. You will oversee subcontractor labour, handle RFIs and technical submittals, manage RAMS reviews, and drive the project through snagging, testing and commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical services knowledge, rail sector experience, and a track record delivering £2M+ projects.

Role: Mechanical Construction Manager

Location: West London

Project: Rail

Salary: £80,000 + Travel Expenses + £5000 Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + 10% Bonus.

Client: With a portfolio of projects in the UK client is recognised as a market leading building services contractor. They are renowned for large fit out and new build projects in rail, commercial office, data centre and public sectors. Clients include major law and financial companies, as well as large blue chip main contractors. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £400M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team.
