Job summary

RTL Group in Watford is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead all mechanical activities on a long-term commercial project. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring installations meet programme and technical standards.

The role requires a strong background in building services, CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS, and a proven track record on site. You will liaise with managers, consultants and trades while maintaining rigorous health and safety compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.
• Strong background in mechanical building services.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
