Mechanical Site Manager

Job Description

I am currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in the North West who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join them. My client has been established for over 100 years and has expanded into the North West Region last year, which is now a significant focus for the business. Currently, turnover stands at £45m; however, they aim to grow this to £75-80m with a sustainable growth plan over the next 5 years. The project you would initially go onto is a 261-apartment block which is currently in the pre-construction stage. The project is expected to hit site in March with an £8m M&E value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Health and safety
2. RAMS
3. Procurement
4. Management of subcontractors
5. Computer literacy is required
