Job description

Streamline Services are dealing with one of London’s leading M&E contractors who have a strong pipeline for their Data Centre Division.

This is a great chance to join a reputable M&E contractor with a proven track record within the industry covering sectors such as Data Centres, Life Sciences & Commercial projects.

Duties

• Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager
• Attendance of meetings on-site
• Commissioning of Mechanical Systems
• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time
• Responsible for dealing with sub-contractors
• Installation of Chilled Water Systems
• Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages
• Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub-contractor/client

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed
• Working for a M&E sub-contractor is preferred
• Experience within Data Centre Projects
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
• Stable CV
• Must have a good understanding of the Data Centre Sector
