Job description

Our client requires Mechanical Site Managers for commercial installation projects in the London and Herts . Beds areas. The projects will involve the full mechanical package including aspects of plumbing, pipefitting , duct fitting and full HVAC installations.

Successful Mechanical Site Managers must have the following:

All the relevant tickets and qualifications including CSCS card, SMSTS etc.

Experience managing a full mechanical HVAC installation project on commercial buildings

Two checkable working references from similar roles as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial construction sites.

The hours on site will be a standard 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday paying a negotiable day rate dependant on experience.
