Job Description

Our client requires Mechanical Site Managers for commercial installation projects in the London and Herts / Beds areas. The projects will involve the full mechanical package including aspects of plumbing, pipefitting, duct fitting, and full HVAC installations.

Successful Mechanical Site Managers must have the following:

1. All relevant tickets and qualifications, including CSCS card, SMSTS, etc.
2. Experience managing a full mechanical HVAC installation project on commercial buildings.
3. Two checkable working references from similar roles as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial construction sites.

The hours on site will be a standard 8 am until 5 pm, Monday to Friday, paying a negotiable day rate dependent on experience.
