Job description

Mechanical Site Engineer (Must have key safety tickets!)

Location: Loughborough, LE12

Salary: £19 - £20 per hour

About Us:

My client is a friendly engineering company that has just secured a contract in Loughborough. The role will initially be for 2 weeks; however, it could potentially be extended.

What You'll Do:

You'll be responsible for the mechanical work on site. This means ensuring everything is built correctly and safely. You'll work with drawings, making sure the project runs smoothly.

You MUST have experience and valid tickets for:

  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Spaces
  • Hot Work
  • NPORS Telehandler
  • IPAF

You should also:

  • Know how mechanical systems work.
  • Be able to read plans.
  • Be good at communicating with people.
  • Be able to solve problems.
  • Have a driving licence.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Engineering qualifications (like HNC/HND).
  • A CSCS card.
  • First Aid training.
