Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience working on heavy engineering equipment who is looking for a role with the opportunity to progress into a supervisory role?

Do you have experience carrying out risk assessments and want to work at a well-established international company where you will have long-term job security?

This company specialise in the sale and design of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. They are now seeking to recruit a Mechanical Service Engineer to join their highly experienced team where they will be able to progress towards an Installation Supervisor role.

In this role the successful candidate will carry mechanical service work on the company's water treatment equipment installations. They will also take on further responsibility as the Installation Supervisor which will include supervising the company's installations across the South of England. This will include organising administrative aspects of work and managing the relationship with clients. They will continue to get involved with mechanical service work as well if needed. This role will be a mix of office and site-based work with good autonomy.

The Role:

1. Carry mechanical service work on the company's water treatment equipment installations
2. Progressing towards Installation Supervisor role
3. Supervise the company's installations across the South of England
4. Organising administrative aspects of work and managing client relationships
5. Van, fuel, bonus and private healthcare provided

The Person:

1. Mechanical Engineer
2. Formal engineering qualification
3. Experience working on heavy engineering equipment such as pumps, valves, motors and conveyors
4. Experience carrying out risk assessments
5. Driving license
6. Commutable to Chippenham and happy to cover Southern England
