The Mechanical Reliability Engineer will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in process and asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects. In this role, you will apply techniques such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The role involves close collaboration with technical and operational teams to implement Cargill's Reliability and Maintenance Excellence practices.
Additionally, the engineer ensures all projects align with core reliability principles and oversees the execution of maintenance and asset replacement initiatives. A strong foundation in mechanical engineering is essential to provide robust support across the site.
