Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a mechanical bias in construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical installations and materials.
• Experience with NEC, JCT, or similar contract frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement for mechanical systems.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor accounts and conduct risk analysis.
