Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor on mechanical compliance across the corporate estate, aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
• Oversee mechanical services including heating, hot water, air conditioning, and commercial kitchens.
• Manage lift inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and schedules for tenders and quotations.
• Conduct site visits, monitor works, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Support mobilisation of new properties and contractor engagement.
