You will lead delivery of mechanical building services from pre-construction to handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver on time, on budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects.
• Experience in fast-paced construction environments.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from inception through to handover.
• Own delivery, programme, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate with electrical and other building services.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Review drawings and technical documentation.
• Attend client and progress meetings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover; ensure health, safety and quality.
