This is a client-facing role that offers full involvement from pre-construction and design development through to final handover. Role Overview:
  • Manage D&B mechanical projects from early design input to delivery and handover
  • Work closely with design engineers and consultants during pre-construction
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, delivery, and commissioning
  • Build and maintain strong client and supply chain relationships
  • Deliver high-quality installations in a collaborative and respectful environment
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, budget control, and programme targets
What You’ll Bring:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven background managing D&B mechanical projects
  • Strong understanding of building services design and delivery
  • Clear communication and client-facing experience
  • Collaborative mindset; professional, practical, and easy to work with
Package & Benefits:
  • GBP80,000 - GBP95,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Travel expenses paid (excluding commute to office)
  • Private BUPA healthcare and dental cover
  • Matched pension contributions up to 5%
  • Annual performance-based bonus (non-guaranteed)
  • Relaxed, supportive working environment with a down-to-earth team
  • No Tier 1 culture—just a focus on quality, trust, and delivering well-run projects

If you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted to deliver, supported by leadership, and work on technically sound projects with good clients, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
