Mechanical Project Manager — Hampshire

£70,000-£80,000 depending on experience + Hybrid Company Car or Allowance + Benefits

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected and steadily growing M&E Building Services contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare and commercial projects. Known for their team-oriented workplace and repeat clients, they're now seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects across the South Coast and into London. Projects range from £20k-£2m, covering both pre-designed and design & build, with a varied week split between sites, the office, and occasional working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical projects end-to-end (pre-construction to handover)
  • Deliver a mix of pre-designed and D&B projects to programme and budget
  • Conduct site surveys, manage variations, and take a hands-on approach when needed
  • Ensure compliance with company and H&S policies at all times
  • Mentor and support junior/assistant team members
  • Maintain client relationships and uphold quality standards
Background and Qualifications

Relevant backgrounds include: Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager, or Senior Mechanical Project Manager.
