  • Leading projects from start to finish—from feasibility studies through to handover.

  • Preparing proposals, technical submittals, and RFIs while supporting CAD development.
  • Collaborating with estimating, commercial, and contracts teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient.
  • Representing the business at client, design, and progress meetings.
  • Tracking KPIs and ensuring reporting deadlines are always met.
  • Championing Health & Safety across every site.
  • Leading and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
  • Owning project budgets and driving financial success.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in M&E Building Services.
  • Proven success delivering projects from £500k to £4m.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
  • IT-savvy with excellent organisational ability.
  • Relevant Mechanical / Building Services qualifications and certifications.
